What the form sends
Name, email, optional organisation, your message and the choices you made (e.g. role, days, example showings), plus language. The details are sent as email via the web host’s mail function to the foundation’s address. The server script does not store messages in a database or log them.
Purpose and basis
To answer your enquiry (your consent and the foundation’s legitimate interest in replying).
Abuse protection
To limit abuse, the server stores a pseudonymous key (a hash of your IP address and the domain) and a counter in a temporary folder outside the public web area. At most five attempts per 15 minutes; files older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next request.
Retention
Emails in the foundation’s inbox are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry. We do not state a fixed period that has not been set. You can request deletion.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical server logs under its own terms.
Local storage
No tracking cookies. Browser localStorage is used only for your cookie choice and programme list. Change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer or clear browser data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Complaints can be made to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
